Makiko Narita (PhD) is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Nagasaki University. Her research interests are mainly in the area of economics with particular interest in the in Regional disparities, Foreign Direct Investment, Convergence and Growth. Her recent publications show a particular interest in regional economics of Spain and Portugal.
