Has a Master’s degree in Municipal Administration from the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB) and a degree in Civil Protection from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (IPL). His areas of interest are civil protection, risk prevention and mitigation, climate change and pre-hospital emergency.
