Currently working for the Portuguese Tax and Customs Authority, has previously worked at the Comunidade Intrmunicipal do Alto Tâmega e Barroso. Has a degree in Geography with specialization in spatial planning, a master’s degree in geographic information systems applied to agricultural and forest sciences. His interests include information management, spatial data, environment and innovation systems in low-density territories.
