Description:
SDGs Labs is carried out tacking into account both the increasing sustainability challenges in the agribusiness and food production sector as well as the high importance and potential of this sector to effectively contribute to the SDGs.
Linking to this, the project is dedicated to establishing innovative and adequate methods and tools (‘Innovation and Co-learning Labs’ and ‘SDGs Academy’) that advance the practical implementation of the SDGs within the entire sector.
SDGs LABs AIMS AT
- Translating the abstract SDGs into practical business solutions for actors all along the supply chain in the agribusiness and food production sector including HEIs, start-ups and established companies.
- Building on existing experience and gathered expertise throughout the project flow to develop innovative means and methods dedicated to co-learning environments for future collaborations.
- Establishing a curriculum for a SDGs Start-Up Academy programme operating in various European countries fostering SDGs practice in business performance and future cross-border cooperation in the agribusiness and food production sector.
- Setting up a SDGs Business Pioneers Facilitation Workshop for existing companies aiming at incorporating the SDGs holistically into their business practice.
