My interest in research began in 2013. At the time, I was working at Banco Comercial Português, S.A. (BCP), holding the position of Business Manager (companies) and was studying for a Master’s degree in Business Management at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD).
In addition to the course’s compulsory subjects, I enrolled in isolated curricular units, in particular the subject “Sustainability in the Economy and in Organisations” on the master’s degree in Economic and Business Sciences, which gave me a new vision of Sustainable Development (SD).
