Has a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro – UTAD and is currently studying for a PhD in Development, Societies and Territories at UTAD. He is currently a senior technician in the Training Department of the Mirandela municipality. His research interests centre on Management and Public Administration and Human Resources.
