Graduated in Civil Engineering, he belongs to the Order of Technical Engineers. Postgraduate in Real Estate Management and Valuation, he is registered with the Securities Market Commission (CMVM) to exercise the activity of Expert Appraiser, since 2021. He is a Level 6 Senior Occupational Safety Technician, accredited by ACT – Authority for Working Conditions. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, completed the INTERNATIONAL MBA – MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION in the same year, having received a CUM LAUDE CERTIFICATION FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE in 2022.

He is currently a PhD student in Development, Societies and Territories at UTAD. His research interest focuses on the Construction of Citizenship, based on Participatory Democracy.
