Assistant Professor and Research Assistant at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. In 2013 he completed his PhD in Management at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, with the thesis ‘People Management in Micro and Small Companies: A multi-case analysis in the region of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro’. In 2004 he completed a Master’s degree in Business Management at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, with a dissertation entitled ‘The Evaluation of Training: the case of Local Authorities. In 1997 he completed a degree in Agricultural Management at the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro.
