The project was selected to receive support from the Research Infrastructures (RI) services of the European consortium AgroSERV, which promotes research into agri-food sustainability and the agro-ecological transition. UTAD SocioEconomics, through CETRAD, is collaborating in this initiative, contributing socio-economic knowledge to the valorisation of traditional products and sustainable development.
